Why Tampa Homeowners Choose Vinyl Fencing
Wood fences in Florida fight heat, humidity, heavy rain and termites year after year. Vinyl (PVC) fencing skips most of that upkeep:
- No painting or staining, ever
- Won’t rot, warp or splinter
- UV inhibitors (titanium dioxide) help keep white vinyl from yellowing in the sun
- Cleans up with a garden hose and mild soap
- A smooth surface with no nails or splinters, safer for kids and pets
Vinyl costs more up front than wood, but you stop paying for stain, paint and replacement boards.

FAQ
Vinyl Fence Questions, Answered
Do you offer a warranty?
Every job comes with a 2-year workmanship warranty on our labor, installations and repairs alike, twice the 1-year coverage many contractors offer. Our USA-made vinyl also carries a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty on the material. If something isn’t right, it usually shows up in the first few months, and we’ll come back and make it right.
How much does a vinyl fence cost in Tampa?
Price depends on the style, height, total footage, number of gates and whether an old fence needs to be removed. Vinyl costs more up front than wood but needs far less upkeep over the years. Call us or send the estimate form for a free quote on your yard.
What colors do your vinyl fences come in?
Our privacy, picket and ranch styles come in white, khaki and tan.
Will a white vinyl fence turn yellow in the Florida sun?
Quality vinyl fencing is made with titanium dioxide, a UV inhibitor that helps keep it from yellowing. A quick wash now and then keeps it bright.
How do I clean a vinyl fence?
Most dirt comes off with a garden hose and a mild detergent. For mildew in shady spots, a mild bleach solution works well. Avoid painting vinyl: paint doesn't bond well to it and can void the manufacturer's warranty.
Can you build a fence that meets Florida's pool barrier rules?
Yes, we install pool code vinyl fences. Florida's Residential Swimming Pool Safety Act (Chapter 515, Florida Statutes) sets the barrier rules, including a minimum height of 4 feet, and your city or county can add its own requirements. We plan the fence and gates around the code that applies to your property.
Do you repair vinyl fences after storms?
Yes. We repair storm-damaged and cracked panels, leaning posts, and gates that sag or won't latch, in addition to building new fences.
What areas do you serve?
We serve North Tampa and communities across Hillsborough and Pasco counties, including Carrollwood, Lutz, New Tampa, Wesley Chapel, Land O' Lakes, Odessa, Zephyrhills, Dade City, Brandon and Riverview.
